This section contains the information necessary for you to take the first step to make Oakview your new home.

Our leasing process has two steps, the Pre-Application and the Main Application.

The documents contained in the Pre-Application allow us to check your credit and criminal to make sure you meet our screening criteria. You may choose to print these documents at home, complete them and bring them to our Leasing Office, OR you can obtain the Pre-Application forms at our Leasing Office. In order to expedite the process, you will need to provide the following items at the time you submit your Pre-Application forms:

Birth Certificate for everyone

Driver’s License (or photo identification) 18 years of age or older

Social Security Card for everyone

Proof of Income (i.e. pay stubs, assistance award letter, etc.)

Once we have reached your date on our waiting list, we will schedule an appointment for you to complete the remaining paperwork for your new home.
